Slack off right hand spindle nut, slack off lock nut far enough to allow tongued washer to be withdrawn from cone, adjust cone as requisite, replace tongued washer taking care that tongues fit into recesses in the cone and lock all up again. Whenever cones are adjusted always leave the slightest amount of shake in the wheels.
